Shipping
We want your products to reach you quickly and safely. Orders are processed and shipped from the United States.
- Processing time: orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Delivery: once shipped, domestic orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
- Shipping costs: shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
- Tracking: when your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with tracking information where available.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly.
Returns
All sales are final. Because our products are skincare items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect every order before it ships. If your order arrives damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at danny@skinharmonics.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right.
