Shipping rates, delivery times, and our return policy

An account is required to check out

Your account stores your order history, address book, and earned store credits from our referral program if you participate.

Shipping fee

$18 flat-rate shipping on every U.S. order, regardless of order size or weight via US Priority Mail.  If you require UPS please say so in order form notes.

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. For Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international shipping, please contact us before ordering as this will require additional shipping fees.

Processing & transit time

  • Processing: orders placed before 12 p.m. PT on a business day usually ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
  • Transit: 2–6 business days via U.S. Priority Mail service depending on destination.
  • You will receive a shipping-confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is packed.

Membership Tiers

Skin Harmonics offers two membership tiers:

  • Tier 1 members automatically have access to everything MINUS select Bulk Refill Products
  • Tier 2 member status is unlocked once an Origin Set is purchased wherein the select Bulk Products can then be accessed

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your Colorado shipping address. Out of state orders are not charged sales tax.

Order changes & cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, email danny@skinharmonics.com as soon as possible. There is a short window of  cancelling an order but orders can be modified more easily. Once an order is in "shipped" status we can no longer modify it; you can return it under the policy below.

Returns

Your skin health is the goal. If a product is not right for you, we will work with you:

  • Window: returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: products must be at least 90% full and in original packaging.
  • Refund: approved returns and invoice amendments are refunded via Venmo. The original $18 shipping fee is non-refundable; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.
  • How to start: email danny@skinharmonics.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping) at no cost to you.

Lost packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the package is still missing after 3 business days, contact us and we will help open a carrier investigation and arrange a replacement when appropriate.
